● Secured By Design
Many of Paddock’s products are covered under the UK police initiative ‘Secured-by-Design’, which supports the principle of ‘designing out crime’ by the use of effective security standards on products. More information on this can be viewed on www.securedbydesign.com
● ISO 9001:2000
All Paddock products are produced under the international quality management system EN ISO 9001:2000. This system offers a strategic approach to quality assurance and Millenco’s registration fully covers the design, manufacture, inspection and testing of hardware.
● BBA
Paddock fabrications were pleased to announce, the recent BBA accreditation of their best selling Lockmaster multi-point locking system. The prestigious standard required proof of compliance and certification for both PAS23 operational service and PAS24 security standards, which Paddock has held for many years as part of their Secured-by Design license criteria.
Demanding corrosion resistance to BS EN1670:2007 Grade 4, meant that the lockmaster had to survive a gruelling 240 hours salt spray exposure and remain fully functional after the test had been completed, something that not all locks in the UK market would achieve.
Stuart Carpenter, Technical Director for Paddock Fabrications told us, “As part of our continuous improvement programme, we regularly test our products far beyond the requirements of the British and European standards in order to push the boundaries of their performance.” Stuart went on to say, “We are all very pleased with this latest accreditation as it demonstrates that Lockmaster door locks are capable of achieving and exceeding the very toughest of standards”.
● LAPFAG
LAPFAG has one mission only; that is to promote, for the public sector benefit the highest commercial ethics and the highest technical standards in PVCu materials, extruded sections, PVCu manufactured products, glazing installations and ancillary items. ● DHF
Hardware products can carry the European Union CE mark only if they comply with the relevant harmonised product standard and the manufacturer has followed the appropriate conformity attestation procedures.

● Kanban
Kanban is an environmentally superior ‘just in time’ delivery system which boasts dramatically reduced waste and stock holding, improving both ordering efficiencies and balance sheets. All used stock is replenished with empty containers removed for re-charging, leaving virtually no packaging to dispose of.
● Stockholding
20,000 square foot warehouse facility holding stock lines allocated by product, by customer, ensures the consistent supply of the products you require, when you require them.
●Technical
On site and field support is available for all Paddock manufactured products via our field technical services team.
● 10 Year Mechanical
Furniture covered by our surface finish guarantee has been made from the very highest quality materials and finished using only state of the art processes.
If any product should fail due to sub-standard materials or workmanship, on either guaranteed scheme it will be replaced completely free of charge (full terms and conditions available).
● 10 Year Surface
All products covered under Paddock’s 10 year guarantee are designed and developed in accordance with the latest industry standards and legislations.
● Marketing Support
An extensive showroom Millenco point of sale pack is available to provide brand support for our premium range of locks. The pack includes both A3 and A2 posters, DL sales leaflets with dispensers, window stickers, pens and mugs.
